Using robotic to minimize errors and automate processes

AIGC

Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a value-added digital solution that helps build time, cost, and operational efficiency for businesses. It helps deliver an accurate and high-quality product, therefore reducing business risks. These robots are created by emulating workers in performing conventional business processes through UI interaction. To communicate with other enterprise systems, developers build UI scripts with integration and automation capabilities without interrupting the underlying plans through advanced technologies. Unlike traditional business process applications, RPA can simulate these tasks faster and be cost-saving by adopting time-consuming or labor-intensive manual-based processes. This allows the workers more time to focus on customer-centric responsibilities and innovation-focused duties.

In 2019, a customer survey of the software market, comprising of decision-makers of CIO’s, enterprise architects, CFO’ and IT leaders, observed 63.1% in 2018 and 62.9% in 2019 of the growth rate through the adoption of the RPA as against 13.5% and 11.5% through other enterprise software market.
On further scrutiny, operational efficiency optimization came out as one reason for adopting RPA by 90% of the respondents. Of these, 57% identified this reason as their primary reason for adopting RPA. Other reasons included the acceleration of the existing process by 46% of respondents, of which 8% selected the same as their primary reason. The third mentioned reason for adopting RPA was cost optimization by 43% of respondents, of which 13% found this to be their primary reason. What was interesting in the data set was that 65% of these respondents represented organizations with over $1billion in revenue, while only 37% earning lesser than $1 billion, and 8% represented the government and public sector.

Organizations prefer to use RPA to automate repetitive, rule-based business processes, thus saving their man-hours for other productive and innovative activities. One of the primary steps before embarking on the RPA journey is identifying the strategies to automate the proof of concept (POC) phase. RPA is usually used to automate back-office processes like HR, IT, finance, and accounting services as these services are typically repetitive in nature, incredibly stable, and standardized in nature, also well documented.

We are Specialized in

A critical function for all finance teams, irrespective of how large the organization is, invoice procession can be too cumbersome and error-prone mainly due to the manual transfer of data by human beings from disparate formats in which vendors submit the invoices, i.e., physical paper invoice, via Email, fax, in a PDF or Word document format, etc. Through our RPA solutions, we help automatically process invoices upon receipt, irrespective of the structure they get delivered in. The advantages include automation of data inputs, minimization of human intervention for repetitive work, automation of individual decision making processes during invoice processing, and an overall reduction in the calculation and other manual errors.

Yet another repetitive work in the accounts department, RPA bots can automatically extract data from multiple sources such as bank statements or bills, which increases data accuracy and speed of completing this incredibly dull task. We can help implement robots through our services to reconcile purchase orders with delivery notes, ensuring compatibility of orders and deliveries.

This is one of the most time consuming, error-prone, and repetitive movements, where much of the workforce in various offices spend most of their time on. We help automate the entire workflows of ERP data entries, from data gathering to logging, updating, processing, and data validation. This minimizes errors and enables free time to perform more productive tasks of reviewing the analytical data used for informed decision making. From data entry to data analytics to data format conversion, our RPA services can help the organization in automating all their mundane data activities.

This is primarily a considerable challenge for sales and marketing focused organizations. We help organize email generation to a mass customer base, including personalization, using bots to generate mass content, and add personal touches to the mail. Further, our bots help archive emails and communication received from various sources, filling them in the cloud and extracting them only when needed.

One of the most time consuming back-office activities performed by multiple business analysts in finance & accounting, HR, or supply chain organization, we help automate entire workflows of ERP data entries, from data gathering or data validation. This helps maximize productivity by reducing transaction times, freeing up time to focus on strategic work, while minimizing errors. RPA also helps maintain clean and organized data compliant reach and can be used for better business intelligence.
