What we offer
AIGC Asset Performance Management (APM) Services provide implementation and integration of systems such as planning and scheduling, mobility, analytics, and asset life cycle management. The modules of AIGC APM are:
We define the asset performance, maintenance and integrity strategies for critical assets to complement the financial asset strategies and risk of failure and associated risk mitigation. The strategies are proactive, predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance strategies. The asset hierarchical representation of the plant and assets along with their attributes helps to conduct Asset Criticality Assessment (ACA), support conducting Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), support conducting Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) activities. Its also provide economic analysis for the asset lifecycle [Lifecycle cost (LLC) model] to evaluate the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
This tracks individual asset health assessment (risk index for each asset) which identify equipment operating envelops and track the impact of the real-time asset health and performance on the asset strategies. In addition, it automate reliability rounds to establish Operator Driven Reliability (ODR) and provide failure and performance time analysis by tracking asset latent loss of functions, initial loss of functions, partial loss of functions, and total loss of functions.
This provide reliability statistical analysis such as growth, and distribution analysis such as Weibull, Negative exponential, and Lognormal to analyze historical failures data to predict future failures and create plans to repair or replace assets. It also allow the user to perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to isolate and identify the cause of failures, provide spare part inventory optimization analysis based delivery time and cost, downtime, lost production costs, and failure and repair data in order to balance spare parts to handle unplanned failures and avoid surplus of parts that are not utilized.
This module automates inspection rounds conducted by inspectors, offer conducting thickness archiving and calculation as well as remaining life assessment. It also offer conducting Risk Calculations and Risk Based Inspections (RBI), conducting Damage Mechanism (DM) Analysis and conducting Fitness for Service (FFS) Analysis.
This module offer conducting Safety Integrity Level (SIL) analysis, performing Hazards and Operability (HAZOP) Analysis and what-if analysis and conducting Layer of Protection Analysis (LOPA) for risk assessment.
