Overall Purpose of the Role
The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current
customers in order to help customers in their success journey using our solutions and
consultation services. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication
with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the
customers may face. The ideal candidate will drive company’s business to ensure its
successful growth, profitability, and achievement of business goals for the assigned
accounts.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Manage all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers.
• AM will build relationships and understand customer business to provide
appropriate products, service, and solutions.
• Define sales and growth strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical
sales business objectives.
• Identify opportunities and build credibility with customers utilize your knowledge to
deliver the value proposition to the customers.
• Target key account and new account development / vendor approvals / demand
generation / spec management to get competitive advantage.
• Increase the overall performance of the organization by creating strong customer
relationships and new customer partnerships within your organization.

Education and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent.
• Experience in selling product, solution and aftersales, preferred Oil & Gas,
Petrochemical and Power segments.
• Forecast Accuracy and on-time submission of reporting.
• Quality and strength of account plans and strategy.
• Developing and Executing account management.
• Proven work experience as an Account Manager or relevant role.
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all
levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
Ability to manage multiple leads and opportunities at a time, while maintaining sharp
attention to detail.

Overall Purpose of the Role
AIGC is seeking an innovative technology professional who is specialized in integration and
applications of IoT, Connected Worker and Reality Capture solutions such as AR/VR, 3D Laser
Scanning, Various Camera Systems to join our Team.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Demonstrate a deep knowledge of all current and emerging IoT, Connected Worker and
Reality Capture technology tools for industrial applications.
• Translate business requirements into well-architected, compliant and documented
solutions that best leverage the reality capture technology into successful alternative
technology approaches working with the business to integrate into their procedures and
best practices so that they are accessible and operational and with IT to ensure
compliance and sustainability.
• Design and architect high performing and scalable IoT, Connected Worker and Reality
Capture solutions.
• Actively participate in opportunity & account strategy sessions to ensure their technical
domain expertise is helping to solve real customer challenges.
• Lead and support opportunities to integrate reality capture technologies, and even more
importantly the data rendered, into comprehensive, turnkey, technology solutions and
information management platforms such as Virtual Compliance Assessments,
Construction Inspection and Management, and use of the Digital Twin for O&M and
Facility Management.
• Lead technical presentations and demonstrations to support internal technology
awareness, project team implementations, capture strategies and externally to promote
AIGC innovative use of technology within the industry.
• Build exceptional relationships with strategic technology partners to enhance our
technology options, use and delivery while also creating a source of expertise that can be
used to augment and support our own resources for execution and delivery when needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Control & Instrumentation Engineering or
Systems Engineering
Experience
• Working knowledge of Engineering Systems and IT including Cyber Security
• Prior experience with designing and architecting IoT platform components that are
scalable, high performing, and lower in operations cost
• Hands-on knowledge of Edge technologies, big data technologies, containers, API
designing and implementing is a must.
• Hands-on experience in developing and intgerration of connected worker solutions such
as smart helmet, worker mobility devices, etc.
• Experience working with Vuforia, Unity Virtual Reality or Augmented Reality experience
with Microsoft HoloLens or immersive VR.
• Hands-on experience with AR based video projects is an added advantage Standardize
deployment plans for IoT/AR/VR/Analytics solutions
• Experiecne in using 3D Laser scanning tools and various types of cameras
• Possess an expert level knowledge of reality capture & processing software such as;
Drone Deploy, Pix4D, Propeller, EdgeWise, FARO Scene, Cintoo, Civil 3D, ReCap,
OpenSpace, StructionSite.
